Soba Making Experience

Experience the traditional art of making authentic nihachi soba — traditional Japanese soba made with 80% buckwheat flour and 20% wheat flour.

Together with a soba chef, you’ll learn each step of the process — mixing the flour and water, kneading the dough, rolling it out, and cutting the noodles by hand.

At the end, your freshly made soba will be cooked and served for you to enjoy on the spot. Discover the unique aroma, texture, and flavor of freshly made and freshly cooked soba.

No experience is necessary. Your instructor will guide you carefully through each step, so even first-time participants can enjoy the experience with confidence.
